Q. Will I need to sign a lease and for how long?
A. All tenants sign 12 month leases starting in January/February. Shorter leases are occasionally available.
Q. What other expenses do I have on top of my rent?
A. Your rent is quoted weekly and covers your own room, all electricity, water, internet charges, cleaning of the common areas and garden maintenance. You are responsible for your own food, linen and personal toiletries.
Q. What if I need to break my lease and leave early?
A. You sign a contract for the term of the lease, if you need to leave prior to that date we will endeavour to find a replacement tenant but you will be required (or your guarantor) to pay rent until this time and a re-let fee of $100.00.
Q. Can I have a pet?
A. No pets are allowed for the comfort and quiet enjoyment of all residents.
Q. Is there parking?
A. There is parking available for several vehicles, these are not able to be reserved. On street parking is also available
